About Me

Spending my days on the border between North Park and South Park, my tantric temple space holds the enegy of the dragon fire that cleanses the heart and heals the fragmented soul, split so often and so long in our culture by separation of sexuality and spirituality. Working with my healing partner, Steven, Jay, I have a vision of creating a tantric school that will teach a new way of living and being that is free, balanced, and whole.

Initiated into the tantric priestesshood by a Shaman adopted into the Quero Apache Clan, my roots are in eclectic Earth Centered spirituality and growing fast and furiously for the last two years into a rich and sacred Red tantra (partnerered) practice. Breathing deeply into the Earth Mother, I take Her into me and I let my light flow into the world and its people wherever it is needed. I Dance, I Breathe, I Vision, and I Make Love, all in Her name.

More About Me

Location: San Diego, California

Occupation: Tantric Healer

My Philosophy On Life: For me, the quest for spirituality and the creation of connectedness in relationship are the focus. I love learning and knowledge, but also intuitive exploration. I strive to balance my life, and know that I can't do it perfectly, but that the wisdom comes from the journey. I am a polyamorous woman, and moving toward a model of relationship that is more like a network of family than any traditional partnership with a white picket fence.

My Interests: Belly Dancing, Hula Hooping, Primitive Camping and Backpacking, hiking, music, travel, sewing, reading, and high quality movies that inspire rather than create false emotional intensity.

My Inspirations: Maya Angelou, Joseph Campbell, Oriah Mountain Dreamer, and anyone who is not afraid to put their vision of a better world out there.

Music I Love: Current favorites include Niyaz and Bali Gamelan, but I pretty much love all music, country, classics, world music, blues, electronica. Being raised as a musical baby and then becoming a dancer has expanded my musical horizons.

Movies I Love: French Kiss is my all time favorite, because it explores the irony and illusion that any of us really have control over our lives

TV Shows I Love: Don't have a tv, but I sometimes rent Desperate housewives, and I loved Sex and the City.

Books I Love: Mostly spiritual tomes that I find inspiring, like the poetry of Rumi, the wisdom of THich Nhat Hanh, or the visionary words of Wayne Dyer.

Places I Love: Tahiti, the Big Island, and San Diego, my hometown for the last 25 years!

Quotes I Love: "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We are born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us, it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others"
