My Philosophy On Life: Don't let bad things drag you down. I very much belive that we all have the ability to do what ever we wish in life, but finding the strength through bad times can be very touch, but life is so worth living, and once you find it, it can only get better.
My Interests: Reading, pamily life, socialising, people. I am now in search of a more holistic element to incorporate in to my life.
My Inspirations: Viktor Frankl, Freud, Carl Rogers, all of the great people who have founded theory to counselling, My family insipre me to do the best I can in life.
Music I Love: I love such a huge variety of music that it would be impossible to say it all, but I love Irish music, Coldplay, Piloma Faith, Amy Mc Donald, just to name a few.
Movies I Love: Pans Labyrinth, The pianist, Wish you were here, Action movies, and films like Love actually, quite a variety.
TV Shows I Love: Supernatural, Prison Break, Cookery programmes, Strictly, X factor
Books I Love: I like autobiographies, also counselling theorists
Places I Love: Ireland, I have also always wanted to go to Iceland.
