About Me

Currently living in Christchurch, only moved here from Palmerston North, Sep 07 due to a range of personal circumstances and an injury to my hip.

I am single, no kiddies yet and share my home with 2 adorable pets. Where are all the lovely men out there?

Ex-school teacher but have been working as a personal trainer and Les Mills instructor (RPM, Jam, Pump) but learning to adopt an alternative approach to my personal health & exercise since my injury.

It has been a very challenging 2-3 years for me in the area of my health with many challenges coming my way.

Currently working on setting up a web-site business - I teach part-time, do contract work for educational groups and I hope to continue teaching group exercise classes and one-one-one exercise along with well-living coaching & advice.

My next adventure is training to teach & share Yoga with children - very exciting!
