My Philosophy On Life: I believe in living life 100% and fully experiencing every moment, be it fun, sad, happy or challenging. Whatever! I am constantly changing and growing as new people and experiences come into my life. I love nature and spending time in the countryside, a big passion of mine is hiking - and the welsh hills are great for that. Through my work I have a great opportunity to help people transform their health and their overall wellness. I feel very blessed.
