About Me

I have been a Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist since 2002 and now have my own business working from Select Studios in Colchester town centre. I specialise in body weight training, weight management and holistic massage therapy. I am a Master Practitioner of No Hands massage and trained in Indian Head Massage, Seated Massage, and Reflex Therapy. I am currently training to be a Reiki practitioner.
