Having spent over 25 years studying each aspect of the body from the point of view of alternative therapies, I believed there is a need for an holistic solution to coping with the demands of modern life.
I am conviced that the balance of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of the human body are directly linked to long-term health. No GP or health practitioner can help us until we choose to help ourselves by becoming involved and committed to our own healing process.
I am trained practitioner of Craniosacral Therapy , NO HANDS Massage , Practitioner, a graduate of the Scottish School of Reflexology , with a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy , a Life Coach , completed a Teacher Training Course For Louise L Hay , and a Reiki Master.
Plus 25 years experience in the health-care field working with people with a wide range of disabilities. A member of the highly professional NO HANDS Massage Association.
