About MeHello and welcome. My mission is to assist you to live with more energy, enthusiasm and purpose. On a day to day basis I have the pleasure to work with many modalities all of which are remarkable in their own way. Some of which are listed here. Pellowah Healing, Arbah, Reiki, Essences, Holistic Counselling, Past Life Assimilation, Astrology and others.
I also enjoy to write articles which trigger some of those ahha moments.
One of the most amazing things for me is to see someone grow and expand to their full potential .
Through my life, travels the study of other modalities and philosophies, I have developed a great sense of curiosity about the workings of the universe and a love of humanity. One of my greatest joys is sharing some of these insights and experiences with others. And so the ways for this to happen Divinely unfold.
In December 2007 the idea of holding Retreats came to me. The purpose of these Retreats is to provide an experience which enables people to feel more about themselves. I mentioned this idea to a friend and she felt an instant connection to this plan and so together we began Foundation Of Light Retreats.
The birth of the first Retreat Program for May 2008 has been an exciting experiment involving many late nights, several to do lists, plenty of laughs, meeting some fantastic people and having loads of adventures as we searched for the most ideal venue and it all came together guided by an invisible hand.
The Retreat venue we have chosen at this time is so beautiful and lush and is situated in the Uki area of northern NSW overlooking Mt Warning. Providing the ideal atmosphere for personal renewal and connection, this peaceful and private location nurtures the body mind and spirit, assisting you to access more of your true potential. The other practitioners assisting on these Retreats have been personally chosen for their total passion for their own work and their willingness to live that. The first Retreat was held in May2008 and the next Retreat at Uki is the 12th 13th and 14th September.
