My Philosophy On Life: I believe your attitude has an effect on what life brings you. At the same time I believe in the wisdom of acceptance of what is. I think it's essential to remain open to change and development.
My Interests: I love the natural world, walking and taking it all in at a leisurely pace. I have a great interest in the arts as well. The simple pleasures of life also give me great pleasure - good meals with your partner or good friends, log fires etc.
My Inspirations: People who are true to themselves and have the courage of their convictions.
Music I Love: All types. Love black city music Hip Hop etc. - jazzy dance music, classical - but all types really.
Movies I Love: I particularly love 40s movies, film noir, comedies. Independent and non-big budget American films, directors (David Lynch), European directors. Almodovar is a contemporary favourite.
TV Shows I Love: Good, high quality British comedies, comics - Rickie Gervais, Caroline Aherne, etc.
Books I Love: Eclectic tastes - I can't say I have a favourite writer. I tend not to read 'best sellers'. Enjoy good classic and contemporary fiction.
Places I Love: Anywhere wild and or green. Love Dorset - the cliff walks, Cornwall, very north of Scotland - the wild places in Oregon, where I'm originally from in the US. Mountains, the coast, green rolling countryside.
