Hi Rosemary,

Thanks for the lovely message. Details of the forthcoming retreat are below.

CREATE THE LIFE YOU WANT this August Bank Holiday (22nd to 25th)

Take control of your life!
Discover courage, purpose & joy!
Be inspired, energised & ready for positive change!

Over this long weekend weekend retreat you will be offered yoga, meditation, healing therapies & holistic coaching to create the life you want. Even the food - organic, healthy, lovingly prepared vegetarian food - will help invigorate your mind and elevate your spirit.

What is a yoga retreat?
On a retreat you will be offered a full programme of activities. We start the morning with an energising yoga sesssion and end the day with a group meditation. The retreat is fully inclusive and residential, with comfortable twin share accommodation for 3 nights. The location is easily accessible from London (90 mins by car/train) and set in it's own grounds in a quiet village location with plenty of opportunity to connect with nature.

Who goes on a yoga retreat?
Everyone, from absolute beginners to yoga teachers, aged early 20s to early 60s. Generally retreats attract busy people who are looking for meaningful and transformative experiences....and by the end of the weekend return to their lives renewed, energised and ready to create positive change.

Can I come alone?
Yes, most people do. Retreats are are great way to meet like-minded people and make new meaningful friendships.

Dates & Times:
From 7pm Friday 22nd to 1.30pm Monday 25th (3 nights)
Location:
On the edge of the Cotswolds in a village called Toddington, Gloucestershire
Food:
3 fresh homemade organic vegetarian meals daily (dietary requirements catered for)
Costs:
£280 all inclusive.
Discount:
An early bird discount of £30 for all bookings made before 1 July.

Book early to avoid disappointment as spaces are limited!

Look forward to hearing from you soon.

Have a great day, Tabitha :)
