Creating ultimate spiritual balance through therapies and yoga, making healthy food taste amazing and eating out (on the provisal that the food is healthy and tastes amazing!!) My Inspirations: my mum - my hero! she is strong, honest, kind and passionate. She has the energy of ten men!
Music I Love: Upbeat dance music for when im training in the gym, classical music for yoga and chilling out. Anything goes on the dancefloor... especially 60's and 70s soul music!
Movies I Love: The Wedding Singer, Shallow Hal, Hairspray, The Notebook, PS I Love You, Sex and The City.
TV Shows I Love: I love any sort of programme about Nutrition, weight loss, or exercise such as Gillian McKeith or The Biggest Loser. Apart from that I never watch TV...... id rather be reading.
