About MeMany years ago, when my life was falling apart, I began a simple meditation practice that transformed my life. As I embarked on a spiritual path I was fortunate to have many wonderful teachers, including Louise Hay, Marianne Williamson, and Deepak Chopra, When I first read Louise's book, You Can Heal Your Life, I thought it was best book I'd come across that simply and clearly explained how life works! I was able to meet her, attend two of her intensives, and then be on staff for several of them. She asked me to start leading her Love Yourself, Heal Your Life workshop, and that led to starting a training program based on her work. That program has now trained over 2,000 people worldwide. I have published my own self-help book, Ordering From the Cosmic Kitchen: The Essential Guide to Powerful, Nourishing Affirmations.
