I am a fulltime yoga coach and incorporate a range of healing techniques in my work.

I focus on retreats and yoga holidays and my purpose as a coach is to uplift, inspire and help others achieve new levels of success, vitality and happiness.

Hi - I'd like to know more about kundalini yoga. I've been practicing Iyengar for nearly 6 years. I'm now doing Hatha due to a change of instructor at my health club.
