About MeBorn on Mid-Summer's Eve (June 20), I live near the San Diego zoo, tucked under an enormous magenta bougainvillea tree with two lovely cats, a healing room, many books, and a well used Mac iBook. I love traveling to visit sacred sites, standing people (trees) and two and four legged friends. I am a certified SHEN Therapist, Rubenfeld Synergist and Flower Essence Practitioner. I use shen energy and trained, refined chi, also known as qi, or prana, to assist my clients in releasing tension, healing impactions from their past and to relax and dissolve emotional pain such as fear or grief affecting the physical body. I offer co-creative healing to adults and children and assist those who are floundering to recover their Self and reconnect to their Spirit. I aid the transmutation of trauma and wounding into wisdom, peace, well being and empowerment. Though people usually work with me in San Diego, I have traveled by invitation to facilitate clients in Los Angeles, Albuquerque, Germany, the San Francisco Bay area, and the Vancouver WA-Portland Oregon area.
Background: I taught for Arica Institute, breathed with Leonard Orr and Sondra Ray, walked the Sierras with Patricia Kaminski and Richard Katz of the Flower Essence Society, practiced Tai Chi with Fred Lehrman, and graduated from Ilana Rubenfeld's first training in Rubenfeld Synergy (then called Gestalt Synergy) in 1979. I studied with and traveled to China with Taoist master Share K. Lew, and this year we celebrated his 91 years young birthday! I have trained with Dr. Eric Pearl and offer The Reconnection and Reconnective Healing. I was on the Board of Trustees of the International SHEN Therapy Association, and I trained and was ordained in the Temple Beautiful. I am a Sacred Circle member of The Ascended Masters Foundation of the New Times. I have been fortunate and I am honored to say I've studied with the some of the world's most marvelous, wonderful teachers, and it is my humble pleasure to share the gifts I've received by giving to the best of my ability with gratitude, compassion, Love and Light. I am currently engaged in listening, studying and living the relationship between body, mind, Spirit, Nature, and health. My websites are www.SHENworks.com www.Lightkin.com www.ChiHealth.webs.com Business Blog:SHEN Therapy Works Blog My name, Ayleyaell, is pronounced: "Ā - Lee - Elle." It is a name that began as a humming in my bones during meditation in 1994. Over the next few weeks during meditation the humming grew stronger until it crystalized and I heard the sound as myself. I shared my experience with one of my spiritual teachers who confirmed it as the sound of my essence. It is now my official name.
