About Me
My name is Jayne Cox and since recovering from eating disorders, 18 years ago, I have been on an amazing personal journey! I decided to record life from the age of 40, so now have a blog attached to my website www.edtherapy.co.uk
I am based in Lavendon,North Bucks on the border of Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire and work with clients one to one, in my garden room, or via the telephone and email. Miles can be crossed with ease!
I offer therapy for sufferers of anorexia, bulimia and compulsive eating disorders. I have been in private practice for 10 years. Using counselling skills and self developed techniques I support clients and offer a safe haven to take those all important steps to recovery.
I am also a professional Life Coach, having trained with Curly Martin and Consumer research Coordinator for the BHWT
I want to take my clients from ok to fantastic in all aspects of their lives, that's why it works, it's holistic! I have a particular interest in organics, greener living and female body image issues. Just imagine the moment you realise you can balance your life, work, family and set sail for success and happiness!
I want to walk with you on your journey and whatever path we take I am with you all the way, empathetic and motivational.
