About Me

Intelligent, mid 40's, vegetarian, with a quick sense of humour I am fortunate to be able to practice and teach Yoga - a subject about which I am passionate. Other passions in life include coffee and cafe society, scarfs, earings and breaking through the top of a creme brulee. Musically taste is eclectic but really love Nina Simone and I am moving slowly in the direction of New York Jazz.

I like the Eckhart Tolle quote, have read most of the Power Of Now. I struggle to live that way though. But i'm not sure about the John Donne quote as i've met people who seem completely cut off. (Mark Shaw)

Hi Jane,

Good to see you on the forum. I've been out of the loop for a while - too long to get internet back up and running after move to Exeter. I'm actually looking for a yoga class at the moment. Where do you teach? I'm in Mount Radford.

Take care.
Lesley
