I have been interested in holistic therapies since they helped me where mainstream medicine failed to do so. However, I have always been 'weird' (my friends' and family's definition!) and interested in all things alternative.

My Philosophy On Life: Well, strange as it may be, I heard something rather profound out of the mouth of Winnie-the-Pooh that my daughter was watching! "Here is where I am". I kind of like that......be happy here and now in the present, for it's all there is really!

My Interests: Yoga, Tai Chi, swimming, walking, nature, reading, meditation....and chocolate!

Monday, September 4th, 2006 9:54 PM Hi Sarah Wanna be my (on-line) friend too. Winnie-the-Pooh was incredibly intelligent and highly evolved. He also had the kind of modesty only true spiritual leaders posess as he was always aware of how 'little' his brain was.
