About MeWow, where do I begin? So much has happened in my life already... Basically, I have been researching, applying and promoting personal growth and spiritual/metaphysical principles since the 1980s. Using these with intention, I have let go of much of my fear, stepped away from limiting belief systems and become a freer, more creative individual. I now trust the process of my life and 'unseen' assistance in the form of my Higher Self, the Godforce and more evolved light beings who assist my evolution (for the highest good of all concerned). I feel its important to share with others what works for me. Over the years, I have run workshops on creative expression, conflict resolution, relaxation and meditation. I also facilitated a women's group and several meditation groups. I've created three relaxation/meditation CDs: "Nourishment for your Soul", "The One Minute Relaxation Technique" and "Ocean of Tranquillity", which have been selling successfully in Australia for over 10 years. Originally from the UK, I now live with my husband and son and our dog, in the beautiful Sunshine Coast Hinterland of Queensland, Australia. From here, I see people for tarot and spiritual consultations and healing. Over the last year, I've been doing 'tarot parties' at peoples' homes, which has proved very popular. Its a great excuse for people to get together and gain a bit of insight at the same time! I'm just about to produce 4 more CDs.. more on that later... I do feel that networking with like minded people and businesses is going to become an important source of strength, encouragement and information - not just personally, but professionally and financially. We can do this by owning, forgiving and incorporating our own shadow side, while also connecting to our Divine nature within. This is a courageous task and requires us to be honest and remain connected with our inner world, even as we live our busy outer lives.
As we become clearer within ourselves, we begin to radiate with a deep self-acceptance that can positively affect those around us. If we remain true to ourSelf we can show by example that authenticity has strength, even though we may appear more vulnerable in our honesty in personal relationships. But we are in relationship with everyone and everything - and as we improve the quality of these relationships, will change the world.
The Earth is also showing her own signs of change (as evidenced with the earthquakes, hurricanes and changes in weather patterns. I feel there is more change on the wind. But, while scary in a fragile human sense, in a way it is also exciting, for if you are like me and have a yearning to return to our true nature and limitless consciousness - then you know these are the signs of that return.
So while the days ahead may be days of individual and planetary change, let us count our blessings, keep a firm foothold on Earth and strong grip on Spirit's hand as It leads us home.
Only then will we truly evolve - as individuals, as a species and as caretakers of planet Earth.
