I'm also reminded of a quote by Spike Mulligan:
I don't understand those people who wake up and say they had a good sleep. How do they know? They've been asleep!

Lol, love your quote. I once had a conversation with my Osteopath on the topic His mother in law was suffering dementia. I said 'think I'll take the pills' he said 'trouble is.... by the time you need them, you'd have forgotten what for!!' :)
