About Me

As a Capricorn I am meant to be as steady footed as a mountain goat - and for most of my life I have been. About 18 months ago I began to ask myself what more I could do. I became interested in NLP - a great tool to use in education, especially with disaffected learners! From there I qualified as a hypnotherapist and I began to use my coaching skills to build a life coaching practice. As well as workinging indiviudals, I am also working with teachers working in isolation and student teachers to support them to improve their practice.
