About Me

After many years in cosmetics and makeup I now work with eco friendly, chemical free and paraben free products and magnotherapy and aromatherapy. I make sure that any products I use on myself or my family are free from chemicals and parabens so that we protect ourselves as much as we can. Also cleaning products need to be as safe as possible. I am also interested in food and spent some time with a health and nutrition company who used titanium in their cookware and cooked with no water or oils at just 86 degrees so that no vitamins got killed during the cooking process. I would like to learn more about alternative and holistic therapies, but I am not sure which area I would like to specialise in at the moment.

My Philosophy On Life: To enjoy each day to it's fullest and not judge others. To extend my knowledge as much as possible in all things holistic and to use the Laws of Attraction at all times. Years ago I had an out of body experience and, although am not a religious person I have great belief in the powers of the Universe and our own powers of attraction.

Thanks for the friends request,I would wecome you as a friend,apart from anything else, we seem to have several interests and themes in common.It's lovely to connect with you and I trust that you are also feeling and sensing the surge of creative energy, an increase in the flow of heart-centred actions and connectivity, the mental clearing out, of old worn out and limiting belief systems that no longer serve us.We create new and empowering ones which reflects our evolving status and our true sense of worthiness.
