About MeI'm a Health Coach, Reiki Practitioner and Healthy Living Expert and founder of the Healthy Living Company. I'm an Independent Team Leader for
Neal's Yard Remedies Organic and an Independent Consultant for Nature's Sunshine Nutritional products. My BSc degree is in Complementary Therapies and health sciences I'm also trained in Swedish and Aromatic Swedish Massage, Thai Massage (UK and Thailand trained) and Reiki. In addition, I am a qualified fitness instructor, health coach and NHS stop smoking specialist, with special interest in womens health, wellbeing and personal development. I am currently training to be a Certified Law of Attraction Coach-Trainer. I am based in Chelsea in London.
