Has anyone here (UK or US) been trained in, or practice Quantum Touch?

Hi Helen, one of the girls here has done the full course (I'm trying to get her to join holisticlocal!) but we are in Aussie. They have a website and I know it involves breathing and chanting. The girl here is our massage therapist and I know she sometimes uses it (with the clients permission) during her 'longer' treatments.
I had never heard of it before she started here.

Hi Helen

Here's a few links for you:
http://www.awakening-healing.com/Quantum_Touch.htm

http://www.cygnus-ooks.co.uk/mind_body_spirit_books/quantum_healing.htm

Cygnus books have a range of titles that seem to touch on the subject. I'm reckoning you're looking for trained practitioners, but in case it's research you're after, the links might be of some use.

Love and Light

Chris

Thank you, Chris, but I did know about it. I did the basic course a couple of years ago. Breathing is used, yes, but I never came across chanting.

For the first time this year, a 'supercharging class' is being held in the UK (in Stevenage) - actually by a gent who did the basic class with me! However, the costs troubled me. These classes (a weekend) cost $495 - equivalent to £240 - in the US, but here in the UK they are £379!! That's a big difference! I asked them why, and got a whole lot of reasons that didn't seem relevant at all to me. All the courses & classes are 'controlled' by the US head office, not by the individual tutor, which struck me as odd too.

Hi Helen,
Looking at the link I find that Quantum Touch is very similar to both Reiki and Matrix Energetics, the differences between the two being that ME does not rely on running energy but by using intent only.Of course an energetic connection is formed just as if you looked at an object or thought of another person, you would get a connection.
In my experience the easiest way to enhance one's energy channeling abilities is the purification of the nervous system resulting from daily meditation. The easiest method for this is listening to the Divine Sound as you sleep which gives swift purification and self healing.Daily meditation also enhances your inner guidance opening other methods to be found.
