I personally haven't found that there is a need to differentiate between wearing left & right - may be something to do with yin/yang balance?? Feedback from my customers does not suggest that there is any difference one way or the other on what wrist the bracelet is worn. I can only think that the person who sold you the bracelet has had first hand experience (please excuse the pun!) of this being the case.
However, as each individual has his/her own preferences, it really is a case of trial & error to see what suits the wearer best. For example, some people keep their magnet jewellery on 24/7, while others find that this length of wear time disrupts their sleep. Others find that they need to build up wearing time very gradually, whereas most people can wear it for several hours each day from day 1.

Sorry, but I don't like magnets. They can be used therapeuticaly but only for short bursts. As a Kinesiologist, I have tested all kinds of magnets and have yet to find one that is suitable to wear for longer than 30 mins. Sure, there are plenty of anecdotal reports, but from clinical experience, they do more harm than good. Sorry, but thats my experience of about 10 years.

I can only comment on my own experience and the feedback we've had from the trials carried out with the ENERGETIX products. All ENERGETIX magnets (like most other magnetic jewellery products) are worn with negative polarity facing the body...the magnetic North.... which is said to have the stronger healing power by calming, regulating & bringing equilibrium to the body. The South polarity however, has the effect of stimulation and growth and would only be used for specific conditions by a trained therapist.

What you have to realise is that magnets actually interrupt the flow of sensation in the central nervous system. That is why pain goes away. Also, you say the negative pole faces the body, but did you know our bodies have negative and poitive polarities. The front is positive, the back is negative. Details about Body Polarity abound, however, the front of the left hand is negative, the front of the right hand is positive. When a muscle is in contraction it is positive, in extension, negative. When you start playind with body polarity you can be asking for trouble.
Magnets upset the flow of energy through the meridian system throughout the entire body, hence with muscle testing, very specific muscle testing, you will not find a strong muscle when a magnet is held against it.
As I said before, magnets should be used for no more than 30 minutes at a time, and only as a bandaid. To just eliminate symptoms can be dangerous, much the same as modern medicine, to find a cause and correct the cause is when REAL healing is done. Unfortunately, most people want a quick fix, and sure, magnets can do that.
