Hello all, I know I've been a bit quieter than usual here lately. I've really just been enjoying my new adventure in Peru.

Anyway I would like to invite you all to follow my journeys on my first proper blog which you can find at http://www.outertravelsinnerjourneys.com/

Much love
Andy

Asbolutely brilliant stuff Andy.

However i wont be comign to visit you, i'm enjoying the traffic fumes, noise and frenetic pace of life here in the London Borough of Southwark too much.

Having said that, you got a got a comfy sofa there, kind of Asif-sized??

I'll bring some Cadbury's chocolate and Baked beans and a copy of the London Lite newspaper if you want.....

Peace

Asif

I don't think they make sofa's that big in Peru! :P

However there's room on the floor, so you're welcome anytime! See you soon I hope.

Hi Andy,

The most interesting and compelling Blog I have ever read Andy. I found myself quite carried away, and was almost really there at times. I love the way you have put it all together in the way that you have.

Asif keeps badgering me to take him, and is very excited about sleeping on the floor!! He is hoping you have a nice pillow.

Ann :D

Great blog Andy, thank you for sharing. Love the pics. You are indeed fortunate, I would love to visit, maybe one day, probably couldn't stay though, Asif takes so much room.

Thanks for the positive words and encouragement everyone, I'm really glad you're enjoying the blog so far.

This is the first time I've ever managed to start a blog and write more than 3 posts before giving up. In truth I find writing to be quite a struggle sometimes, but it's always been something I've wanted to get better at.

I'd be really grateful if people would find the time to leave a comment or two under the posts.

Thanks
Andy

People!...this is a post about Andys travels, not a "pick on Asif" thread.

I only need floor space the size of a king sized bed, thats all. So get back in your respective boxes, all of you!

I will definitely be visiting Machu Picchu at some point, it's one of the best places I've ever been to and I'm excited about going back, although for some reason I don't feel any great hurry. I expect I'll be going within the next month or so.

Right now I'm just enjoying soaking up the atmosphere in Cusco. It's such a great place to be!

Hi Andy,
When you visit Macchu Pichu, I recommend climbing Huayna Pichu, returning via the Temple of the Moon (the celestial body - not the buttock exposing prank) - for me, it made a fabulous day sublime!

Hi Andy,

I joined your site some time ago and have not been active until now. Your blog is phenomenal. I absolutely love and admire the fact that you are travelling and working and not allowing the lack of money to stop you from being where you want to be. Fantastic! There are thousands of people who need to read your story to get them to get off their backsides and stop making excuses for their situation.

It's an honour to be in your network,

Thank you,

Noelyne

Thanks for your comments Noelyne, I really appreciate them. I'm glad that I'm finally finding away to inspire others.

And you're right too many people do make excuses for their situation. What I'm doing now is something I've been dreaming about for over 5 years now, and to be honest I could have probably done it a lot earlier than I did. It's just taking that first plunge into the unknown. It's a scary thing to do and I completely understand why most people never do.

But once you're finally there it's like, hey the water's quite shallow, it's warm and safe, not scary at all! Come on in! :)

Andy
