Hi Nikki Good luck with the business. My first bit of advice if you get stressed easily is to think more about time management. Most people are stressed because they don't feel they have enough time to do everything they need / want to do. Time management helps us to prioritise our workload and get rid of anything that is unneccessary - net result is you should have more time and energy, thus feel less stressed. The prioritisation should also help by putting things in perspective - is x actually worth getting stressed over? if not, then don't worry about it. My other bit of advice, especially if you are going into the therapies business, is to read up on psychic grounding and protection. Even if you don't believe in the psychic-ness of it all, the techniques are very good psychologically, to make sure you don't pick up negative vibes from your patients / clients.
