Hi folks I'd like to recommend that everyone order this DVD which is currently only available from their website. It's called "What a Way to Go: Life at the End of Empire". Visit: http://www.whatawaytogomovie.com/ It's probably the best documentary about the current Earth crises' that I've seen. It's a very passionate film and totally independent. It's a film that everyone should see, but probably won't! It's not so much about the problems but about how and why we've got into this mess in the first place. The makers have been very influenced by Daniel Quinn's "Ishmael", and Thom Hartmann's "The Last Hours of Ancient Sunlight", so if you've enjoyed either of those books then you will definitely appreciate this film. I was particularly inspired by the conclusion, although it won't easily be accepted by people who currently enjoy our way of life and hopes that it will continue! Whether it's though conscious change, or forced change - big changes are going to be unavoidable! I'm looking into the possibility of organising some screenings of this so I'll keep you posted if anything comes of that, but in the meantime please do consider ordering this!
