This isn't a rule. Maybe it's an announcement?

I am aware that a few people don't know about the forum or how to get on to it. I wonder, is this because when you first log in, it doesn't say forum at the top? Perhaps they don't realise you have to press 'People' or something else first.

I was quite surprised to discover this, and it makes me think so many people may be losing out not realising they could contribute to the wonderful 'Forum.'
