This circle meets to explore and practice a variety of healing and consciousness expanding techniques, while sharing our unique inner and outer experiences on this sacred journey. All human beings have the ability to access their own source of Soul Awareness and Cosmic Connection. Our interactive gatherings utilize a number of modalities to enhance this process, including smudging, movement, breathing exercises, guided visualization meditation, music, drumming, toning, ritual, color, crystals and aura cleansing. We meditate at every meeting. As an exercise of effortless focussed inner attention, meditation is an invaluable key for unlocking the gateway to heightened consciousness. With this expanded perspective we can perceive our true identities as Souls with Divine purpose and direction, reaching a deeper realization of peace, joy and healing. This is a non-denominational group, respecting all religious beliefs. I have been a spiritual student and conscious inner voyager since 1968 and a professional astrologer, tarot reader and intuitive counselor since 1990. In 1974 I began facilitating workshops and classes on spiritual subjects and look forward to this uplifting group experience.
