Sometimes people just want to feel better about the situations they are dealing with and I think that is accessible, in a variety of healthy ways . I have worked as a freelance provider and practitioner in the mind body spirit field since 1990 and my business involves writing/editing and mentoring, as well as offering one-to-one tarot and astrology consultations at Champneys spa and via email. Nutritional guidance and tuition/mentoring in astrology and tarot also available. In my spare time I enjoy meditation, reading, cookery, walking and natural healing.
