About MeI've been studying and teaching martial, health and spiritual practices for over twelve years. These include Tai Chi Chuan, Yiquan, Chinese, Thai and Ayurvedic Massage, Panchakarma Therapy, Buddhist and Taoist Meditation and Reiki. My passion to learn more about these practises lead me to an extensive period of study throughout Europe, Thailand, China, Nepal and India, where I learned from some amazing alternative medical doctors, martial artists and spiritual masters. Whilst I continue to keep up my own practises here in Scotland I hope to go back out to Asia and continue my studies next year. I am happy to provide treatments and share my practises whilst learning from others. I hold a BA (Hons) in Philosophy and Sociology, a Master of Arts in History of Medicine (specialising in alternative medicine) and a PGCE (Secondary) in Religious Education.
