When: Every Monday at 7:30 am; Wednesday at 6:30 pm; Thursday at 9:30 am.
Where: the STAR Tech Healing and Learning Center, 14 Nason Street, Maynard, MA

Learn the da Vinci Stretch for better posture and pain relief.
Classes are ongoing. All classes are the same class material.
Stretch your muscles from head to toes. Feel good. Increase your overall flexibility and range of motion. Reduce muscular aches and pain. Reduce stress.
Classes are one hour long.
In class we do a wide variety of active stretches including Active Isolated Stretching developed by Aaron Mattes, Breath Stretching, plus other stretching that has been adapted by the instructor from Yoga and dance warm-up routines.
Active Stretching is beneficial for everybody – all ages and all levels of physical fitness. Active Stretching is beneficial for couch potatoes as well as being an excellent compliment to your Yoga class or your workout at the Gym or Track. Scores of Elite Athletes use Active Stretching and win Olympic Gold Medals and the Tour de France. Active Stretching is the stretching of champions.
The classes are on-going.
Come to one or more classes a week. Your choice.
No contract to sign.
No class blocks to lock into.
Attend as many or as few classes as you desire, whenever you desire.

Your first class is FREE. After that, $10 per class walk-in, or buy a Budget Stretcher Card and get 10 classes for $85.
