Blossoming Beauties is a six week course designed for girls 9-12 years of age. Through discussion,body movement,art,and innovative practices we invite a girl to explore and discover herself. Through this exploration and discovery she will feel inspired to connect to herself more deeply. This course will provide them the space to have fun, feel comfortable, discuss topics that are of concern, and answer any questions in an uninhibited, informative way. Girls will walk away with a deeper sense of self and more love for themselves. Some of the topics covered in this course include body image,menstruation,peer pressure and more.
