The LIfe Design Phase: What do you want from life that you are not getting right now? The important areas of your life fit together like a puzzle, if one or more pieces are missing or defunct, your life will not feel all that satisfying. The Design Phase helps you understand what is and what could be - then you must decide if you are willing to do the work to create a more satisfying life or make peace with the life you already have.

This is an online course that offers a workbook and membership to a private coaching site which will allow you to work one-on-one with a coach over a 30 day period.
