Getting to Know Ourselves

It’s been said that in order to meet our higher selves and become our higher selves we must first have a relationship with our earth selves. This workshop helps us break down ways in which to have a relationship with the self. The more we know ourselves, the more we become in tune with our higher purpose, our higher selves.

The Relationship with Self series focuses on four aspects:

• Self Acceptance/Self Worth
• Self Love
• Self Expression
• Self Interaction

Through the use of visualization, meditation, and discussion, we explore ourselves, our perceptions of ourselves, and learn how to enhance our relationship with Self. This workshop will be offered to both children and adults at separate times. The children’s offering are geared more towards imaginative interaction and creative exercises. The adult classes focus on inner exploration, visualization and meditation.
