Reiki I begins by receiving the first degree attunements which reactivate your ability to facilitate the flow of Reiki energy. Once attuned, simple intent starts the energy flowing, initially through ourselves and then to whomever, whatever is touched.
Reiki I training includes:

• Basic guidelines, principles and methods
• Hands-on positions for use with yourself and others
