Reiki II focuses upon mental/emotional healing for yourself and others, and learning to send Reiki over a distance. We begin by discussing your experiences using Reiki I, followed by your Reiki II Attunement. You're then introduced to three sacred Reiki symbols, which you learn to use for in-person and distance healing. You learn techniques for healing people, places and events in the past, present and future! As these techniques stimulate your intuitive ability, we discuss the types you can develop and the responsibilities that come with them. As this class teaches you to heal on subtle bodies (mental and emotional) you acquire a basic understanding of the chakra system, the subtle bodies, and sources of disease. You learn up to five practical, specialized Japanese Reiki techniques including the Shashin Chiryo method of sending Reiki, the Koki and Gyoshi-Ho techniques to heal with your breath and eyes, and the Seiheki Chiryo to heal unwanted habits. You also receive a Reiki II reference folder, to help ensure you remember it all!
