Atma Yoga teacher training is a 200 hour Yoga Alliance registered training. Our comprehensive approach includes anatomy, personal practice, multiple styles of yoga, yoga history and philosophy. We also take you into the mind-opening world of yoga psychology. You will especially appreciate our unique science of presentation skills. When you finish this powerful four week training you will be more confident and charismatic, and you will be ready to teach a yoga class.
