This workshop is for anyone who is serious about wanting to explore the richness of Hawaiian tradition and protocol as well as learn lomi lomi. It will offer you basic information about the principles of lua (traidtional Hawaiian martial arts), daily hula activities and hands on experience with the diagnosis of the body and the healing art of lomi lomi. Kumu Bright and Kumu Andrews bring the aspects of Hina and Ku, the feminine and the masculine to offer you a balanced experience in lomi lomi and Hawaiian tradition.
