Guided by a masterful facilitator the class utilizes the creative and expressive arts of drawing, spontaneous writing, music, movement, and theatre arts to stimulate creative expression of our hidden shadow and higher self.
The course will provide insight and new perspectives of your patterned ego defenses, natural talents, interactive relationships and add to your ability to create conflict resolution. The course offers personal emotional and psychological healing, that will carry over into your life in a practical manner both personally and professionally. The experiences are profoundly creative and stimulating. In this process comes awareness of your own healing capabilities.
