There is a great need at this time for well-training dietary counsellors, who are able to use an holistic approach taking into account people's whole physical and emotional health and life styles and life paths. To meet this need, Oliver Cowmeadow and Marijke De Coninck have designed a three year part-time course offering a deep and comprehensive training in the science and art of healing with food.
The whole course comprises a minimum of 600 hours of teaching, with much guided practice and further optional activities. The first year of 200 hours consists of 7 long weekends. The next two intakes begin October and April.
