This Workshop will address the muscles that relate to knee, lower leg and foot pain.
You will learn techniques to accomplish a recovery for the muscles and other soft tissue that are responsible for Heel Spurs, Achilles Tendinitis, Plantar Fasciitis, Shin Splints, bursitis, strains, Compartment Syndrome, and more.
