I love Sunrise Yoga Studio. The studio is really nice--very peaceful and relaxing just as it advertises. I love the instructor(s) - they are very helpful especially as I was a beginner and had lots of questions. The new yoga wall (August 2007) will be a great new addition to my yoga practice. I've tried other studios and Sunrise Yoga is definitely my FAVORITE! The class sizes are good - not too big and not too small and the class fees are definitely reasonable. I even took my first class free - very nice. In addition to their regular classes they also offer speciality classes which have been fun. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with my experiences at Sunrise Yoga and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone interested in taking yoga.
