Core Mastery teaches the power of "how." After spending much of my life in conscious and unconscious survival-oriented habits and thinking, I met Shelley and her husband Jitendra and attended their Level One course. What a joy! Their work brought all my previous tools into perspective, and then went further, creating a space so loving and potent that it became safe and welcoming to become embodied love and celebrate in this lifetime the powerful Goddess of Love that I AM!
