I am a Writer, Speaker and Life Coach. I am one of only a few hundred Certified Constructive Living Instructors worldwide. In addition, I am a Certified Professional Coach and a Retirement Coach, trained and certified to administer and interpret the Retirement Options Profile, the most successful assessment for Retirement satisfaction in the world.
My coaching philosophy, which is rooted in Buddhist psychology, is action-oriented and emphasizes personal responsibility. It is oriented towards busy Western lives. I specialize in clients who are "stuck", in transition, overwhelmed, serial procrastinators or are simply missing meaning and value in their lives. I also offer family dynamics coaching.

I am a practising Buddhist and I interweave mindfulness, precept awareness and meditation into my coaching practice.
