Liz's shiatzu is excellent! I've had many different kinds of massage and have always been disappointed--both from a relaxation ("feel-good") standpoint, and in terms of its effectiveness. My first shiatzu with Liz gave me what I had always been looking for in massage. I won't return to massage therapy. I also took my 14-year-old daughter to Liz; she has back and shoulder muscle issues. Liz was great with her. Kayla really thought it was wonderful!

As a doctor of chiropractic in practice for almost 30 years I have experienced many effective bodywork modalities and talented practitioners. I would without question place Liz very high on this list. She is knowledgeable, skillful, compassionate, and caring. My bodymind always feels more integrated, empowered, and grounded after her sessions. I frequently refer patients and family members to her with my highest recommendation.

I highly recommend Liz's shiatsu. When I was pregnant with my third child, I was very concerned because I had been having knee problems for several years and was worried about how the extra weight would affect this. Liz did one half hour shiatsu and I haven't had any knee problems since. My youngest is now eight.
