As a Brennan Healing Science Practitioner®, some of the techniques I apply include healing by laying-on of hands and energy work, both with my hands on your body as well as through the Human Energy Field; which surrounds the body. I am also a certified Cranio-Sacral therapist and receive ongoing training from Rod Stryker of Pure Yoga®.
My approach to healing and personal transformation is holistic, focusing on you as a unique, complex being of body, mind and spirit. I offer to serve as a facilitator in your self-initiated process of healing and transformation. I liken myself to a tour guide but instead of some far off locale we will be discovering and learning about your energy system. Through greater understanding of your energy system we may be able to bring more balance and pleasure into your life. I am committed to you as your listener, mirror and your partner in the process. In the course of our work together, we will explore areas that influence your state of well-being. We may address your health history, life stressors, belief systems and attitudes, your family and childhood history, diet, exercise, dreams, longings and how you are in relationships.
