I love to do massage work with the breath, the neck and the core of the body. I am drawn to slow intentional massage techniques. That focus seems to come naturally after my long standing interest in and practice of yoga, pranayama and meditation. I also practice Pilates whenever I can.

I teach animal massage (both equine and small animal- dog, cat,etc.) regularly and write curriculum (especially A&P) when the opportunity arises.
