About Me
I discovered Kinesiology in my early 20’s. A friend recommended a kinesiologist (a what?!) …but after the first session there was a definite improvement in the way I felt both physically and emotionally.
I was very impressed at how the therapist worked with my body’s needs - there was no guesswork involved as she was communicating directly with my body!
This led me to train in a range of holistic therapies in 1996-97, including dance movement therapy, and eventually to specialise in Kinesiology and Reiki, enabling me to take responsibility for my own health and healing, and to support others in doing the same.
As part of my professional and self development, I continue to attend relevant courses and workshops, and am a member of the Complementary Therapist Association.
