I'm a practicing druid, a spiritual and reiki healer. I run an environmentally friendly vegetarian B&B and retreat centre halfway up a mountain in South Wales, a stone's throw from rugged moorland and wooded valleys

Life has taken some interesting twists, and I reckon I've pretty well seen it all, from sleeping rough to jet set lifestyle, from materialism to spiritual, poor to rich to poor again (by choice!), developing diagonally, sideways and back again! As well as healing, I also work with clients to help write and conduct personal rituals, of celebration, release, or to mark life events.
