Bach Flower Remedies and how I like to use them

I have tried many of the different flower remedies but I always come back to these, the originals.
Flower remedies work on the emotional level and are safe, simple, but very effective remedies. Use them on any living thing, including yourself, babies, plants and animals.
Most people have heard of the Rescue Remedy, which is a compilation of five individual remedies, but there are 38 individual remedies in all. So get a book and learn about them or take my short certificated course.
Rescue is a good one to start using, also to keep with you in case of accident, shock, exam, driving test nerves etc.
The dose is four drops for Rescue and two drops for all the others. These must be taken at least four times a day.
My preferred way is to put the drops into a bottle of water and to fill glasses from it. Each sip is a dose, you cannot 'overdose'. If you need to, sip every few seconds to get you through a 'bad time'. In one to four days you may feel terrible emotionally but hang in there, this is how the remedies work. With your emotions drawn to the surface you can sit back and look at them for they will soon pass away and you will feel much better.
BUT keep taking them until you don't need their help any more.
You can use them direct from the bottle if necessary.
